2 beef tomatoes
800 grams Hokkaido pumpkin flesh
50 milliliters olive oil
100 milliliters vegetable stock
0,25 bunch coriander
Directions
1.
Peel the pearl onions and cut off the roots. Cut the red onions into sixths. Wash, trim, halve and core the red peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Halve and deseed the tomatoes and cut each half into quarters. Cut the pumpkin flesh into approximately 1.5 cm cubes.
