1 organic lemon
2 brown sugar cubes
100 milliliters sake
125 milliliters hot jasmine tea freshly brewed
Directions

Rub the sugar cubes over the lemon so that the lemon zest is collected on the cubes. Gently heat the sake in a pot. Add the sugar cubes and stir until dissolved. Pour into a heat-proof glass and top up with jasmine tea. If desired add 3-4 thin slices of lime to the glass.
