150 grams chopped dark chocolate
12 walnut halves peeled
Directions

1 For the pastry, mix together the flour, sugar and a pinch of salt. Form a mound on the work surface and make a well in the centre. Break the egg into the well and dot the butter around the outside. Using a knife, chop the ingredients together to give a crumbly texture, then quickly knead together by hand to form a smooth pastry. Shape into a ball, wrap in cling film and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
