2 tablespoons unsalted butter

0,5 onion finely sliced

1 minced garlic clove

1 small white cabbage sliced

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

0,5 teaspoon dried dill

750 milliliters gluten-free vegetable stock

450 grams white fish fillet skinless, pin-boned and cubed

300 grams pickled beetroot in juice, cooked, drained and cubed

250 milliliters beetroot juice

1 handful dill torn

sour cream to serve

salt

freshly ground black peppercorns
