Ingredients

4 sticks celeries sliced 1,3 cm

2 medium onions chopped

300 grams dried wholemeal breads in cubes

110 milliliters chicken stocks

1 teaspoon marjoram

0,13 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon dried sage crushed

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons salts

3 tablespoons softened butter

2 teaspoons pepper

4,5 kilograms turkeys

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325°F. 2. Stir together all stuffing ingredients in large bowl. Set aside. 3. Clean turkey, removing giblets. Pat dry. Stuff turkey with the stuffing. 4. Combine the butter, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture over the outside of the turkey and under the skin. Truss turkey. 5. Bake turkey at 325°F, until meat thermometer reads 180 degrees (about 3 1/2 to 4 hours), basting the turkey occasionally with drippings. Cover loosely with foil if turkey browns to quickly. Allow turkey to rest for 30 minutes before carving. 6. Serve on a platter with fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit of your choosing, such as bay leaves, parsley. rosemary sprigs, sage, patty pan squash, assorted cherry tomatoes, apples, grapes, pears and cranberries.
