Ingredients

salt to taste

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juices

30 grams fresh basils or Italian parsley, finely chopped

175 grams fetas crumbled

2 garlic cloves minced

125 grams whole Greek olives

175 milliliters olive oils

1 red capsicum diced

450 grams penne cooked

6 large peperoncini

freshly ground black peppercorn to taste

Directions
1.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook per package directions or until al dente. Place in cold water to stop cooking. Drain pasta. 2. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside. 3. In a large salad bowl, combine all remaining ingredients with pasta. Drizzle with dressing. Toss to coat. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving to incorporate flavors. Serve.
