30 grams fresh basils roughly chopped

40 grams pickled capers stems attached

1,15 kilograms mixed cherry tomatoes

75 milliliters olive oils

30 grams fresh parsleies roughly chopped

freshly ground black peppercorn to taste

salt to taste

1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Directions
1.
In a large bowl, combine basil, parsley, olive oil balsamic vinegar, thyme, capers and season with salt and pepper. 2. Cut larger tomatoes in half, add tomatoes to dressing mixture. Cover and marinate for about 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, to allow flavors to blend. 3. Toss gently before serving. Check seasoning, season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve.
