For Lemon Butter Basting Mixture
1 fresh lemon cut into wedges to serve
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons butter
Directions

Rinse the lamb under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the lamb into 2-inch cubes. Set aside. For the Marinade: 1. Crumble the saffron into a large stainless steel or glass bowl. Add the warm water and let it sit for at least 5 minutes
