2 tablespoons soy sauce

freshly milled peppercorns

200 grams thin rice noodles

0,5 bunch chopped spring onion

4 baby leeks halved

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 finely chopped garlic clove

4 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

4 tablespoons rice wine

2 tablespoons chopped unsalted peanut kernels
