3 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
400 grams minced pork
1 finely chopped garlic clove
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
Cayenne pepper
dried goji berries to garnish
Directions

1 Bring around 550 ml water to the boil with 2 tbsp soy sauce. Add the rice, cover and simmer for 15 minutes until not quite cooked. Remove the lid and leave to cool.
