6 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon fresh ginger peeled

2 chopped green chillies seeded

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 tablespoon Garam masala

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon paprika

4 tablespoons sunflower oil

2 large carrots peeled and diced

450 grams floury potatoes peeled and diced

300 grams basmati rice rinsed in a several changes of water, then drained

1 liter gluten-free vegetable stock

250 grams chopped green beans trimmed

1 lemon juiced
