1 For the sponge discs: Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) | 350°F | gas 4. Grease and line a 24 cm | 9.5" x 34 cm | 13" Swiss roll tin with greaseproof paper. Grease the paper with some sunflower oil.
