1 shallot
100 grams button mushrooms thinly sliced
225 grams seitan strips
75 milliliters veganes white wine
100 milliliters vegetable stock
150 grams frozen peas defrosted
100 milliliters soy cream
1 lemon 1 tsp zest finely grated
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
300 grams vegan gnocchi
Directions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegan butter in a sauté pan and fry the shallot for 5 minutes without colouring. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes, then add the tofu strips and sauté for another 5 minutes.
