150 grams frozen peas thawed
8 samosa wrappers use spring roll wrappers if not available

1 lemon cut into wedges, to serve
1 handful coriander to serve

1 Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large saucepan set over medium heat until hot. Add the onion, chilli, ginger, garlic, mustard seeds, and a pinch of salt, sweating until golden, 6-8 minutes.
