300 grams orzo pasta
salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
300 grams cherry tomatoes red and yellow
1 small cucumber
1 baby carrot
1 green pepper
3 spring onions
300 grams prawns cooked
3 tablespoons lemon juice
freshly ground black peppercorns
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
1 - 2 garlic cloves
0,5 handful chopped dill
Directions
1.
Cook the orzo in a pan of boiling salted water according to the pack instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse, drain again and mix in a bowl with 1 tbsp oil. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Halve the cucumber lengthways, remove the seeds and dice finely. Peel the carrot and slice into thin strips. Deseed and chop the pepper. Cut the spring onions into rings. Rinse and drain the prawns.
