250 milliliters peanut oil

1 package krupuk shrimp crackers

For Sweet and Sour Dip

110 grams palm sugar

1 teaspoon sambal oelek

3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

1 tablespoon tamarind pulp

150 milliliters hot water

0,5 fresh pineapple peeled, cored and diced

3 ripe apples peeled, cored and diced
